By accessing our facilities, booking sports courts, participating in events, dining at our cafe, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and fair experience for all visitors, players, and customers.
Court Booking Policy
All court bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled slot. Turf King & Cafe reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, weather conditions, tournaments, private events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Booking charges once paid may not be refundable except in situations where Turf King & Cafe cancels the booking. Customers are requested to verify booking details before confirming payment.
Booking Confirmation
Bookings made through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media platforms, or direct visits are considered confirmed only after approval by management. Customers should keep their booking confirmation details for reference.
Code of Conduct
All players and visitors are expected to maintain discipline and respect fellow customers, staff members, and facilities. Any misconduct, abusive behavior, property damage, or activities that disturb other guests may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
Safety & Responsibility
Participation in sports activities involves physical risk. Players are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate. Turf King & Cafe shall not be liable for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, or damages occurring during the use of the facilities.
Cafe Services
Food and beverages served at Turf King & Cafe are prepared following hygiene and quality standards. Customers are requested to inform staff about any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing orders.
Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages may not be permitted inside the premises without prior approval from management. Customers are encouraged to enjoy the wide range of food, beverages, snacks, and refreshments available at Turf King & Cafe.

Equipment & Personal Belongings
Players are responsible for their own sports equipment, kits, footwear, and personal belongings. Turf King & Cafe is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property within the premises.
Damage to Property
Any customer found intentionally damaging turf facilities, furniture, sports equipment, lighting systems, cafe property, or other assets will be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.
Parking Policy
Parking facilities are provided for customer convenience. Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk. Turf King & Cafe shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage occurring in the parking area.
Special Events & Tournaments
Turf King & Cafe regularly hosts cricket matches, football games, badminton sessions, corporate tournaments, birthday celebrations, sports camps, and community events. Separate rules and participation requirements may apply to such events.
Photography & Media
By visiting Turf King & Cafe, customers acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during events, matches, tournaments, and promotional activities. Such content may be used on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
Weather Conditions
Outdoor sports activities may be affected by weather conditions. Turf King & Cafe reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or reschedule bookings in case of heavy rain, storms, or circumstances beyond our control.

Any personal information collected during bookings, enquiries, or customer interactions will be used solely for operational and communication purposes. Turf King & Cafe does not sell or share customer information with unauthorized third parties.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Turf King & Cafe facilities or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Patna, Bihar.
